Step 2
At Keystone, we very much regard suppliers as partners in our success. Before proceeding through this process we would very much appreciate it if you would read and accept the terms which we ask our partners to abide by.
Whilst we very much appreciate offers of hospitality, all offers of any type must be directed to Roger Gregg, David Short, Anthony Prior, John Duncan or Fraser Short, no-one else. If you wish to reward a venue for a job well done, the offer to do so must be made through one of the five persons listed above. Similarly, an offer made to any employee must be made through one of the above. The offer cannot be made directly. By hospitality we mean invitations or tickets to sporting events, dinners, parties, master-classes with food or drink included, etc. Similarly, no gifts can be offered to staff or managers unless through one of the above persons.
Whichever one of the persons listed above receives the offer from you, can you also please email aprior@tksg.com.au out of courtesy making him aware of that offer.
People attending events on behalf of Keystone represent Keystone and as such we need to know about their attendance, and also ensure that offers are fairly distributed within Keystone’s venues and management.
There can be no exception to this rule, even if an employee approaches you with a request. We would very much appreciate it if you could communicate this policy to all of your sales and support team.
